Our Number Stories

Today our teachers showed us how to make number stories using Zooburst. We had a lot of fun coming up with ideas and choosing pictures for our stories. We also used our own computers to practise putting pictures on the pages. We are going to be working in groups to prepare our own group Zooburst book. We will talk about ideas and take turns making pages. Then we will let other groups solve our number stories. We can't wait!

Hello parents,

Just a quick post to remind you that our Parent Information night is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24 at 5:30 pm.  Please meet us in the Collaborate Room for an informative evening presenting an overview of our focus for your child's Mathematical learning in Year 1.

We will be guiding you thorough our Weebly site which will be your first stop for any questions you may have and an easy way to log on to play Mathletics with your child.

If you have any questions to ask, please go to the "Contact Us" page and type in the required information and we will receive your query.

Your Mathletics usernames and passwords will be sent via email on Monday, September 23.  You can have a play around with your child and then you will be familiar with this tool before our information session.  Again, if you have any questions regarding Mathletics, please feel free to post your query on the "Contact Us" page on our Weebly site.
